She made new york stip steak and put it on a slice of bread with some sauteed onions and other things on top. She also made a side of Kale Kail (not sure the spelling). Something green that cooked down in water. If you could find that recipe from that episode it would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah she didn’t go to cooking school.
Martha Stewart didn’t either. Paula Deen didn’t go either.
Rachael Ray is so fun to watch.
I’ll bet you haters would go out to lunch with her…
so she can give ya some advice on food choices.

Thanks
I like $40 a Day, because I can watch her travel.
I haven’t watched her talk show. I just like her food shows, so I dunno if watching her “sell out” would please me.

Around last weekend, an holiday episode of Rachel Ray was on, where she made these new potatoes in chicken stock and butter, and slightly smashed them with a glass cup… she said the recipe was originally from Jacques Pepin. I want to make these for a Christmas party but didn’t catch the details!! Recipe doesn’t seem to be on foodtv.com - I checked all of Rachel’s recent holiday episodes, and also searched for the recipe… nothing. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!!!

I would like to buy some of her books. For those of you who have a book or two of hers does she include the calories of each recipe.
