My fiance and I both work fulltime and neither one of us is what you would call a gourmet cook. But we want to make an effort to begin eating at home to save money and perhaps get a bit healthier. My problem is that whenever I find a recipe it calls for fifteen ingredients that you have to buy for one meal and then you only use them once. Is there any cookbooks that you know of that give you some staples like oils or spices or vegetables and meats that you can combine to make various, quick meals? The closest I have come is Rachel’s Ray’s meals from the express lane, but I was wondering if there is anything else even easier?
